EarthCare Feb 18 Meeting Agenda

Anita and Rene are now heading up the EarthCare Group.

We will be meeting on FEBRUARY the 18th at NOON in the Sangha and are looking forward to seeing you then.

Here some of the ideas we discussed working on:

  • Getting the Zen Center certified as "Green". I read that Temple Beth El did that recently and they got somebody to come in to tell them what it takes.

  • Reducing our carbon foot print by looking into solar, batteries, less energy-consuming appliances etc.

  • Greening School St.: School St. could have more trees, greenery, other beautification, and traffic calming.
