EarthCare Meeting Notes, Letters to Legislators and Volunteer Opportunity
Dear Earth Friends,
Thank you for a wonderful meeting! Here are a few action items:
Voter Outreach. As an expression of caring for the Earth, we agreed to begin writing letters to increase voter participation through Vote Forward. Please sign in, make an account, and start writing your letters! We will also do this as a community at our next meeting on June 18th, 12-1:30pm.

Event: Let's Talk About It on May 18, 1-4 pm. Our friend Tenzin is helping to lead this. The overarching idea of this event is that it is difficult to see someone as "other" when you have had an opportunity to connect with them as a human being, therefore through simple conversations, deep divisions can begin to be healed.
I will be volunteering, and you are invited to as well. If you are interested in volunteering (or sharing a shift with me!), please email Alaya at alaya@crcsantacruz.org and say that you know Tenzin.
